Its really dry in the (nice areas) of San. I talked to a few realtors they assured me the inventory really picks up in July/Aug.
Unfortunately not too many people are listing their homes so we havent really seen any downturn in the nice areas of San. Summer has the high inventory But the last few years have been so odd, who knows whatll happen this year.
And inventory is up, YOY, by about 30%.

stolen bike. so i let my buddy borrow my trek long term with the intent for him to buy it when he lands a job La city (just did). we met up at the twilight crit 2 weekends ago and when he went to retrieve the bike (and his girlfriends mid-90s stumpjumper). gone.
didnt have it registered anywhere (stupid on my part) and cant find the sheet with the serial #s on it.
havent seen it around town or at any of the pawn shops. so it goes. Next Time. bikeregistry (but you already knew that).

Microsoft Outlook Notes. I cant seem to get my Outlook 20 Notes (the yellow sticky notes) to appear in a small Coal Fork size. The ones that I get on my screen are full size. Any one know how to reduce those in size?

Each note reverts to the size it was saved in. Grab the corner of the new note and make it smaller. It will appear that size when you open it later.
